How does
IC College work?
IC College grew out of our commitment to equipping leaders after God's own heart: rooted in the Word, shaped in character, and prepared to live out the Kingdom in practical, meaningful ways.
We believe leadership is more than a role; it is a calling for life. We are a leadership school that prepares people to serve God, the Church, and society, developing leaders of integrity who understand and align with God's purpose for their time.
Over two semesters, students follow an intentional journey that begins with identity and finds expression in service. It brings together spiritual formation, personal development, and ministry practice, equipping leaders to live out the Kingdom with truth, grace, and impact in their communities.
1st semester
The first semester focuses on inner formation: strengthening identity in Christ, developing character, and building solid biblical foundations for healthy leadership.
Through the courses, students learn to lead themselves with responsibility, emotional maturity, and clarity of purpose, aligning their lives with the values of God's Kingdom.

2nd semester
In the second semester, students are challenged to broaden their vision and put into practice everything developed in the first term.
The focus is on servant leadership, mission, social impact, and ministry within its context, preparing students to serve people, communities, and nations with discernment, love, and relevance.

Electives
Throughout the semester, students take electives and language classes and participate in Main Sessions, Deep Sessions, Sala de Oração, Revival Groups, the ministry track, and internal internships that connect teaching with real ministry practice.
Electives are optional courses included in the curriculum, offering deeper study and ministry direction. The electives are:

Ministry
tracks
Ministry tracks are practical experiences in the second semester designed to bring students closer to the everyday realities of their chosen ministry.
Through meetings led by each track's leaders, students experience the ministry and professional routines of that field, receiving guidance, support, and practical learning.
These experiences broaden students' vision, strengthen their calling, and enable them to put into practice everything learned at IC College.
